Welcome drink: Pink Lemonade & Daquiri Margarita

Tinian flavors

Crispy pita breads with tinian soft cheese and fig jam
Cucumber with fish roe and marinated “Gavros” (small fish)
Mini shrimps, smelt & mini squids fried in cones

Family Style – Platters to be shared by guests

Ntakos salad, “Anthotiro” cheese, mini tomatoes, caper and green & black olives
Mixed green salad with fresh seasonal fruits and citrus vinaigrette
Octopus cooked in pot with caramelized onions & sauce saboro, served with fava & orange
Traditional cheese pie with homemade “phyllo” dough

Quinoa with green apple, beetroot and steamed shrimps

Appetizer

Sea bass fillet, served with eggplant pure, ginger and wild greens “Myronia”, basil, marinated fleur de sel, light sauce of citrus & mustard

Main Course

Veal fillet with sauté green vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, edamame beans) and potato cake with wild mushrooms & hazelnut broth

Dessert

Dark chocolate tart with raspberry
